Rich Green left Sun.&#8221;  I couldn&#8217;t wait to talk to my wife on those juicy conversations.  She, as usual, upstaged me, &#8220;There is a shooting in Santa Clara.  A laid-off worker, Chinese, killed 3 people.&#8221;  I was stunned.  John Fowler&#8217;s strengthened position lost much of the conversational attraction.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mercurynews.com\/ci_10993931\">WU JingHua<\/a> (\u00e5\u0090\u00b3\u00e6\u2022\u00ac\u00e8\u008f\u00af) is a 47-year Chinese QA engineer working for SiPort. He was fired (not laid-off) early in the day.  He came back to work in the afternoon and requested a meeting with the CEO, COO, and head of HR.  He looked normal and showed no sigh of threat.  Four of them entered a conference room.  Mr. Wu shot them dead and left the building.<\/p>\n<p>The 2nd day, Mr. Wu was arrested in South Bay.  Clearly he did not even try to escape.<\/p>\n<p>Sun said they will layoff 6,000 employees.
