Ambassador Locke said recently – they are considering 5 years’ visa for Chinese in 2012. Not sure how high the bar will be, but good news for US visitors in China. And in the same time, China should have 5 years visa to US as well.

I often need to wait a while after I put a physical book on hold until it’s my turn too. So in that aspect, the Kindle library books are not that different (although you would expect a virtual copy to have greater distribution ability).

Enjoyed this post. I love anything mah jongg. Became addicted in 2002 when I learned the American version of the game with a group of friends. I also learned the version you describe by playing online. 13 tiles, no jokers, arranged into a hand to make the most points. Love that too.
