Nomads pursued purposes wandering the world. They did not always know where to explore next or how to get there; sometimes, used curiosity as their only guide. The exploration choices seemed random for any one venture. Knowing the purposes and the resources at their disposal, the pattern and results are obviously predictable with a sufficiently long time-horizon.
